Quality Standards

To ensure simplicity and prevent any problems, no changes will be made to materials or machine settings across the move period. We manufacture to near zero defects and reproducibility is vital to our manufacturing operation. We will therefore freeze progressive improvements in manufacture before and after the move until we have restored stable conditions and zero defects. Any planned changes will be implemented in the existing manufacturing facility well before we move.

Zero Defect Production

We have spent more than 10 years tracking down and controlling every variable in our production unit. This includes every element of the process from ingredient sourcing and control, weighing and mixing through forming and moulding to finishing. It covers machine controllers, valves, temperatures, timers, stability, servicing, cleaning, environmental variations, cycle rhythm as well as training, process design, compound formulation, SPC tracking of variable and extensive use of live FMEA's.
