Product Overview
An air intake hose has to do two things at once — stay flexible enough to absorb engine movement, and rigid enough to hold its shape under intake suction. We manufacture ribbed and convoluted intake hoses to the exact bend radius, diameter and wall thickness on your drawing, so the part fits the first time without strain on the connecting clamps.
Each hose is moulded in a compound chosen for the temperature and oil-mist conditions it will see in service, then checked for wall consistency and bore dimension before dispatch.
