HRU first began manufacturing Rubber Parts in 1993 and has been working with rubber since long.

HRU has over 13 years experience in meeting customer's rubber moulding needs. We offer a compete moulding service in all natural & synthetic rubbers (elastomers) including design support, material selection and specification, prototyping and full production. We have a wide range of equipment and sourcing strategies to meet our customer's needs.

We can offer you advice on material selection, properties of elastomers, methods of testing, typical tolerances, and ways to reduce costs and design tips. We can provide budget prices.

Our objective is to provide a flawless service in rubber components to our customers, supporting the design and planning processes and achieving the best possible prices using the most appropriate economic resources.

To achieve this we build strong partnerships with our customers, working for mutual benefit and knowing that it is our performance that will build future success. We manufacture to zero defect plans and use only those suppliers that can achieve the same.

But this is only the start of togetherness. Throughout the product’s life there must be regular reviews to reduce costs and to improve future designs. Small modifications can often produce further savings in both the manufacture of the component and on customers’ assembly lines. Reviews should look closely at manufacturing data to seek areas where costs can be reduced, production simplified and quality and reliability increased.

Internally, HRU makes great use of multi-disciplined teams and welcomes contact with others. This can generate new and valuable ideas always.
